The worst source of this show
This is the worst of the sources of this show on IA, unless you absolutely hate clear, present soundboards and love hearing music through a long cardboard tube with pillow stuffed into it.

Thanks to Marty!
I was at this show sitting 10th row center. I will preface this by saying that I met Marty Weinberg at the 8/26/71 Gaelic Park show, and made frequent trips to his apartment in Riverdale to copy his recordings. This was one of them that I had and had lost over the years.
The show is well known, however the soundboard never did it justice. Aside from the technical flaws and the wobble, it sucked all the atmosphere out of the performance. Here, you can feel the size of the music. The NFA is unrivaled! A Phil and Jerry tour de force!

Interesting that they played Mama Tried. Jerry's mother died eight days later (Sept. 28, 1970)
